Henry Wolf is responsible for this website and for its editorial content at the address above. The site is operated privately and not as a commercial undertaking, so there is no commercial register entry and no VAT identification number to give.
There is no telephone number here on purpose. Email is the contact route, it is read, and it is the fastest way to reach a person about anything on this site. What we can and cannot help with is set out on the contact page.
This notice provides the information required of an information society service under Article 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC, as implemented in Bulgaria by Article 4 of the Electronic Commerce Act.
This site is not the No One Left Behind project
This matters more than the rest of the page, because the domain's history invites the opposite conclusion.
No One Left Behind was a research project funded under Horizon 2020, grant agreement 645215. It ran from 1 January 2015 to 30 June 2017 and it has ended. This website is a later, independent editorial site that happens to use the same domain, which became available afterwards.
It is not operated by, endorsed by, reviewed by or connected to the project's consortium, its coordinator Grupo Empresarial INMARK, any of the participating universities, or the European Commission. None of them bears any responsibility for what is published here. Where this site describes the project, it does so from published sources, and those sources are named on the page in question and listed underpublications.
Money
There is none involved. No advertising, no affiliate links, no sponsored articles, no payment accepted for coverage or for a place in thetool comparison. If that ever changes, it will be disclosed here and on the affected pages before it takes effect, not afterwards. The wider practice is described under editorial standards.
