This site does almost nothing with data, which makes this a short page. Here is exactly what happens when you open it.
Controller
Henry Wolf, ul. Sofia 14, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria, info@no1leftbehind.eu. The same details as the legal notice. The site is small enough that there is no data protection officer, and none is required.
What happens when you open a page
Every page here is a static file. Opening one does not create an account, set a cookie, or store anything on your device beyond the browser's ordinary cache. There is no login, no comment box, no search box and no contact form anywhere on the site, so there is nothing for you to fill in and nothing for us to receive.
Your browser also makes no request to any other company while a page loads. The fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font service, the icons are built into the page rather than fetched, and there is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no embedded video and no social media widget. That is unusual enough to be worth stating plainly: no third party learns that you visited, because no third party is contacted.
The exception is under your control. This site links out to sources such as publishers, tool makers and the European Commission's CORDIS database, because claims here should be checkable. Those requests only happen if you click the link, and from that point the other site's own privacy rules apply.
What the hosting layer logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, it records technical data in order to deliver pages and to defend against attacks: your IP address, the page requested, the time, the referring page if your browser sends one, and your browser and operating system identification.
- Purpose Delivering the site and protecting it from abuse
- Legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest
- Processor Cloudflare, Inc.
- Our access None, we do not read or export these logs
We do not open these logs, do not export them, and do not use them to build statistics about visitors. Cloudflare processes the data on our behalf as a processor and states its own retention periods and the safeguards applying to transfers outside the European Union in itsprivacy policy. We point you there rather than paraphrasing it, because their document is the one that binds.
If you write to us
Mail sent to the address above reaches a mailbox at our email provider. We keep a message for as long as it takes to deal with it and to keep a sensible record of any correction it led to, then delete it. We do not add anyone to a mailing list. There is no newsletter.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, and for it to be corrected, erased, restricted or provided in a portable form. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. In practice, unless you have written to us, we hold nothing about you at all, and the honest answer to an access request will usually be that there is nothing to give you.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority. For this site that is the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg), and you may alternatively approach the authority where you live or work.
Changes
If the site ever gains something that processes data, a form, a search function or a comment thread, this page changes before that feature goes live, not after. There is no intention to add analytics.
